Your first visit begins with a vitality assessment, established through in-depth dialogue. I can then offer you a personalised well-being program, which empowers you on the path to your health. My advice relates to diet, physical exercise, stress management and managing emotions, for example.

 

I use herbal remedies, essential oils and Bach flowers. I also practice foot reflexology which exercises gentle pressure  on the feet, as well as iridology which consists of observing the coloured part of your eyes.
